This is my favorite Whole 30 approved trick when I need a break from eggs! It’s super simple and much like my Banana Egg Scramble, as the possibilities are endless. So get creative and mix it up!
In this morning’s bowl of “cereal” I added a small handful of each of the following: frozen banana bites, strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, almonds, pecans, a sprinkle of unsweetened coconut flakes, a pinch of raw cacao nibs, a dash of cinnamon, and a whole lot of cold Homemade Almond Milk.
It’s so wonderfully satisfying and I actually prefer it to any box of cereal out there. Just pure goodness in a cold bowl of milk.
Other combos I have tried and love include banana, mango, peach, and papaya, or even a mixture of melons. What’s your favorite combo? I’d love to hear!
